Our Plants

We grow hard to find and unusual hardy perennials with the needs of wildlife and the planet in mind.

All plants are grown from scratch on site, are peat and pesticide free and use organic methods.

Lysimachia ephemerum – Willow Leaved Loosestrife AGM

Erect, clumping, herbaceous perennial. Willow like grey-green leaves. Terminal racemes of small starry white flowers with pink centres from Mid-Summer.

Height & Spread:1 x 0.5m in 2-5 years.

Hardiness: H6: -20 to -15ºC.

Soil: Any, moist but well-drained to poorly-drained soil.

Light: Full-sun to Part-shade.

Native Range: SW. Europe.

Tidy after flowering. Cut down spent flowering stems and damaged leaves as the new emerge in spring.

Attractive to Pollenators & beneficial insects. Related to UK native.
