Our Plants

We grow hard to find and unusual hardy perennials with the needs of wildlife and the planet in mind.

All plants are grown from scratch on site, are peat and pesticide free and use organic methods.

Polemonium caeruleum ssp. caeruleum f. album – White Jacob’s Ladder

Upright , herbaceous perennial. Light green , pinnate leaves. Stems bear pure white flowers with yellow anthers in Summer.

Height & Spread: 1 x 0.5m in 2-5 years.

Hardiness:  H7: < -20ºC.

Soil:  Any, moist but well-drained soil.

Light:  Full-sun to Part-shade.

Native Range:  UK Native.

 Dead-head after flowering.

Cut down spent flowering stems and damaged leaves as the new emerge in spring.

Attractive to Bees.
