Our Plants

We grow hard to find and unusual hardy perennials with the needs of wildlife and the planet in mind.

All plants are grown from scratch on site, are peat and pesticide free and use organic methods.

Potentilla nepalensis – ‘Miss Willmott’

Clumping perennial. Five lobed dark green leaves. Branched stems of clustered and dark centred Cherry-pink flowers from late Spring to Summer.

Height & Spread: 0.5 x 0.5m in 2-5 years.

Hardiness:  H7: < -20ºC.

Soil:  Any, moderately fertile to poor, well-drained soil.

Light:  Full-sun.

Native Range: Horticultural Cultivar. 

Dead-head after flowering. Cut down spent flowering stems and damaged leaves as the new emerge in spring.

Attractive to Pollenators & beneficial insects. Related to UK native.
