Our Plants

We grow hard to find and unusual hardy perennials with the needs of wildlife and the planet in mind.

All plants are grown from scratch on site, are peat and pesticide free and use organic methods.

Geranium – ‘Red Admiral’

Clump forming herbaceous perennial. Green deeply palmately divided leaves with red colouration in autumn. Bright red-purple flowers with black centers & veins all Summer.

Height & Spread:  0.7 x 0.5m in 2-5 years.

Hardiness:  H7: < -20ºC.

Soil:  Any, moist but well-drained to well-drained soil.

Light: Full-sun to Part-shade.

Native Range: Horticultural Cultivar.

CARE & BENEFIT 

Dead-head to prolong flowering. Cut down spent flowering stems and damaged leaves as the new emerge in spring.

Attractive to Bees.
