Our Plants

We grow hard to find and unusual hardy perennials with the needs of wildlife and the planet in mind.

All plants are grown from scratch on site, are peat and pesticide free and use organic methods.

Silene latifolia – White Campion

Upright biennial to short lived perennial. Elliptical leaves. Clusters of white flowers with a slight evening scent in Summer.

Height & Spread: 1 x 0.5m in 2-5 years.

Hardiness:  H6: -20 to -15ºC.

Soil: Non-ericaceous, moist but well-drained to well-drained soil.

Light: Full-sun to Part-shade.

Native Range: UK Native.

CARE & BENEFIT 

Allow to self sow. Good drainage improves overwintering. Tidy dead parts in spring.
